Conference Speaker Instructions
Here are the numbers of the moderator (me) and Ernest if you have any last minute emergencies or questions.

Important: All conference times are in listed in Pacific Standard Times, with the Eastern Standard Time (EST is East coast: New York, New Jersey, Massachusettes, etc.) Call in 5 MINUTES BEFORE your presentation time.
Dial In Instructions:
5 Minutes Before Event Time do the following:
1. Dial in with the host dialing instructions (see below)

Secondary dial in number: (949) 333-4822

2. You should announce “Hello”, and wait until I come on.
3. I will answer any last minute questions you have and check to see if your phone can be heard.
IF YOU ARE CHOOSING TO USE PHOTOS OR A POWERPOINT PRESENTATION:
4. Open the link listed for you (listed below) in your browser. Click on the slide control links below to select your slide presentation. Select your slides and try to advance your slides. Make sure everything works, as you will be in control of your slides throughout your presentation. I will be on the line with you should you have any difficulties.
If you want to use slides, please email them to me by Friday April 25th
If you do not choose to use slides or a PowerPoint , and are using a landline, you can just dial in 5 minutes before your presentation time to make sure I can hear you. You will not need a computer, just a landline.
If you don’t have access to a landline, whether or not you use slides, please use Skype through your computer and wear a set of headphones.
The sound quality of a cell phone isn’t good enough, sorry.
If for any reason, (HIGHLY UNLIKELY, but things happen) you get disconnected, do not panic, just dial in again, I will be there.
Important: Speaker Schedule and Slide Control Links:
Look at the times for your presentation and then copy the slide control links so you can control the slides yourself.
Once again, there will be half an 20-30 minutes(negotiable) to present your topic, followed by one hour of Q&A from the audience.
If you haven’t already printed out and signed the speaker release form, then faxed it back to Ernest at the number on the form, PLEASE do so ASAP, we need it to go forward.
