Dr. Cynthia Norall is a Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP) and a nationally certified Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist. Currently, Dr. Norall is the Clinical Director of C.A.S.E. Inc. and an Educational and Behavioral Consultant in many school districts around San Diego and Riverside counties. In 1992, Dr. Norall realized that she wanted to work with children and teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders but did not know what avenue she would take.
