\nDirector of the American Medical Autism Board, the first entity to certify MD\u2019s and DO\u2019s in
\nbiomedical treatment of the autism spectrum. He is also the Chief Medical Officer of the US
\nAutism and Asperger Association, and he has also served on the Defeat Autism Now! think
\ntank. His practice serves the medical needs of children and adults with autism and other
\ndevelopmental disabilities. Dr. DeMio\u2019s philosophy is that our children and loved ones are
\nfirst and foremost in all of our treatments, and that health care providers and others who aim
