Transition it starts early and is an ongoing process

This webinar will focus on a wide variety of topics and issues related to transition. Many different aspects of transition are examined from a variety of different vantage points and perspectives. Transition planning is a life-long process but critical during the secondary years to insure that appropriate annual goals and IEP services are developed that will support the students’ hopes and dreams. In other words, developing transition plans help the student, the family and the school stay focused on the future.
